OMG! It's, like, Homecoming!

In case you don't know, that was heavy sarcasm... or picking fun or whatever, the title of this post, that is.

So yes, the rumor is true: I went to the homecoming game last night. It was muches and bunches of fun. Loran came to pick me up at 6:45-ish. And we arrived at the game at about 6:50-ish. That's how small this stinkin' town is.

We climbed all the way up to the top of the bleachers and arrived there at about 6:55-ish. After taking my seat, I scanned the field, looking for nothing. ;)
Several minutes later, the football players lined up facing the crowd and started clapping, like they do every home game. And after that, they jogged back into the old gym.
After that, the announcer, who just happens to be Loran's daddy, annouced the cheerleaders, the band arriving and so on. After about ten more minutes, the band played the national anthem, I think. (That shows how much attention I pay football games) We all turned to the left and put our hands over our hearts and some of the wierd people wearing hats, removed their hats.

Then the big inflatable purple and gold helmet the football players dissapeared onto earlier started blowing out white smoke. Pink balloons were released from every single players' hands as they all ran out onto the field.
The game began. I lost track of what was going on. I stood up when everybody stood up and clapped when everybody else clapped. My friends, Loran and Heather, just laughed at me and asked, "Do you know what just happened?" I reply, "uhh... no, not at all,"
Then halftime comes around and all the girls in pretty dresses walked out onto the field and they announce how all of them like to shop and text and yada yada yada... well except the girl who won. She was into helping people, and when I've spoken to her, she seems just like gold, so no wonder she won!

The players get back on the field. We score, they score, we score, they score, they score, we score, they score, we lose. That's how it went. :/
